You will be coached by Aarti and Maya - highly experienced experts in their field Nutrition and Positive Psychology respectively.

We will help you to transform the 4 pillars of wellness that are intrinsically linked with one another.

  2. Positive Movement - enjoy the workout high rather than seeing exercise as a chore.

  3. Deep Sleep - understand the science of sleep and the importance of good sleep for weight loss and diabetes management.

  4. Stress & Mindset - learn stress management techniques and create a calm space in your busy life. Just 5 minutes a day can boost your emotional wellbeing.
